I would like to update you on Intergiro’s response to the Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
First of all, my thoughts go out to everyone affected by this around the world. These are unprecedented and uncertain times - the most important thing is to follow your government and health experts’ advice and stay safe.
Second, I want to let you know about the internal measures we are taking. These measures will last for 12 weeks initially:
All colleagues are now working from home. Our colleagues are already well set up for this and a majority usually work from home either partially or throughout the working week. We are supporting colleagues to make sure they have the right equipment to do their jobs from home.
Business travel will be suspended except in exceptional circumstances. We already have a proven method of communicating with customers, colleagues and partners using instant messaging (Slack) and video conferencing. This will not change.
Third, I want to reassure our customers that we are operating as usual. We do not expect any disruption to customers using our Intergiro business accounts. If you need anything, we continue to provide a flexible, quick Support via instant chat. You can contact us via Support as usual between 9am and 5pm.
During this difficult time, rest assured we are continuing to build the features you need to manage your business. Watch this space for virtual cards to manage your business spending and our mobile app to run your business on the go.
